Your information
Privacy, in plain English.

This is a fictional concept website. Its form is a demonstration and does not send or save enquiries.
Who this policy covers
Tidal Step Physio operates this website.
What you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and message. Use it for general enquiries. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive health information.
How enquiries are handled
Details you choose to send are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the service you ask about. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
The email option opens your own email app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the draft. Your email provider and the business’s email provider then handle the message.
The website host may process technical records such as IP address, browser information and request times to operate and secure the website. There is no advertising tracker installed by this starter.
Service providers and overseas handling
Hosting, email and any booking or form providers may process information outside Australia. Confirm the providers, locations and arrangements that apply to this business.
Maps and booking tools load only when requested. Their providers receive technical information when you load them. External links open services with their own privacy policies.
Keeping and accessing your information
The business must confirm its retention period and deletion process before this template is published.
Contact the business to request access or correction, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identity checks may be needed. Records may need to be retained where required by law.
Questions and complaints
Privacy contact details must be supplied before this template is published.
If the Australian Privacy Principles apply and a concern remains unresolved, information about complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
